How to use
First, select the storage location of the video you want to record.
Choose your video as half size or full size. Since Fraps cannot capture excessively large resolutions (such as 1600*1200), half size is generally chosen here. Note: The maximum supported resolution for full size is: 1152x864 (4:3) or 1280x720 (widescreen), and the maximum supported resolution for half size is: 2048x1536.
Select the number of frames, fps refers to the frame rate, that is, how many times Fraps are collected per second. It is best not to exceed the maximum number of frames that your computer can run the game (check with Ctrl+r in the game). Generally, 25 or 30 frames are selected here.
If you want to record in-game sounds, or use a microphone to commentate while recording, you can click this option "Record external sound input". Note: Recording game sounds in wow may cause the program to exit abnormally, please use with caution.
After entering the game, press the shortcut key you set (default F9) to record. After the recording is completed, press F9 again to end the clip. The clips recorded using AVI 1.0 will be very large, requiring several M of space per second. After the recording is completed, the file will be saved in the Fraps program directory.
