The correct audio input device was not selected.
Incompatible graphics card driver (especially NVIDIA/AMD).
Solution:
Go to Screen Recording Settings → Audio Options and select the correct microphone and system sound.
Update your graphics card driver, or try FFmpeg encoding instead of the default option.
