Contents of Food Business License Management Measures
To apply for a food business license, you must meet the following conditions:
(1) Have food raw material handling and food processing, sales, storage and other places suitable for the variety and quantity of food being operated, keep the environment of the place clean and tidy, and maintain a prescribed distance from toxic and harmful places and other sources of pollution
(2) Have operating equipment or facilities that are suitable for the variety and quantity of food being operated, and have corresponding equipment or facilities for disinfection, changing, washing, lighting, lighting, ventilation, anti-corrosion, dust-proof, fly-proof, rodent-proof, insect-proof, washing, wastewater treatment, and garbage and waste storage
(3) Have full-time or part-time food safety managers and rules and regulations to ensure food safety
(4) Have reasonable equipment layout and process flow to prevent cross-contamination of food to be processed and directly imported food, raw materials and finished products, and avoid food contact with toxic and unclean substances
(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations
Things to note in the Food Business License Management Measures
If a food business operator fails to apply for cancellation procedures in accordance with the regulations under any of the following circumstances, the food and drug regulatory department that originally issued the license shall handle the cancellation procedures for the food business license in accordance with the law:
(1) Failure to apply for renewal of the food business license upon expiration
(2) The qualification of a food business operator is terminated in accordance with the law
(3) The food business license is withdrawn or revoked in accordance with the law, or the food business license is revoked in accordance with the law
(4) Food business license matters cannot be implemented due to force majeure
(5) Other circumstances under which the food business license should be canceled as stipulated in laws and regulations.
