1. Requirements for switchboard personnel
(1) Staff members must be able to speak at least two foreign languages, including standard Mandarin and various local dialects;
(2) Telephone switchboard operators are required to have a clear voice, clear enunciation, and pay attention to the tone of voice to make people feel polite;
(3) When answering the phone and talking to guests, be sincere and make the other party feel that you are willing to serve them;
(4) Be proficient in the performance and operation methods of telephone switchboards;
(5) Be familiar with all hotel internal telephone numbers.
