Start the official version of Visio and open the start page, where you can find templates for many diagram types. A template is an unfinished example diagram to use as a starting point. 1. What should I do if the text in a Visio drawing cannot be modified?
Answer: 1. First check whether the selected shapes are in a group, that is, one click of the mouse will result in several shapes being selected. (Or select it and check whether the "Shape-Ungroup" command in the right-click menu is allowed to operate)
2. If the shapes are grouped, then
(1) If you want to set text for the entire selected group of objects, type F2 to enter text.
(2) If you want to set text for a separate shape, (on the premise that the entire group object is selected) you need to click the object again and then type F2.
3. If the shapes are not grouped, try the following steps:
(1) Right-click the shape and select "Format-Protect" from the pop-up menu;
(2) In the pop-up "Protect" dialog box, check whether "Text" is hooked, if so, remove the hook;
(3) Confirmed.
Then check whether double-clicking the shape can enter the text modification state.
2. How to convert visio to word?
Answer: 1. Turn on the computer, enter the desktop, open the Word document, find Insert - Object in the menu bar above and click to insert the object.
