How to use EarMaster Cloud points?
EarMaster Cloud is sold as points that you redeem in your EarMaster Cloud school account.
1 credit will serve 1 user for 365 days (1 year).
As long as you have balance in your account, you can register as many users as you want - there are no limits! When your school account runs out of credits, the license is temporarily deactivated. You can then choose to reinstate them by adding more credit to the account. This way, you can purchase enough points years in advance to avoid the hassle of budgeting each year.
Here’s how EarMaster Cloud points are spent:
One point corresponds to one user's usage for 365 days (one year). The system will check the current number of users in your account every day and deduct 1/365 points for each active user. After 365 days (one year), a user has deducted a total of 1 credit.
In the example below, having 16 active users would result in a daily charge of 0.0438 credits. The account has 11.93 credits left, so there are 16 active users, and the user account will remain active for 272 days.

Please note that if dynamic assignment of courses is required, your school will need an EarMaster Cloud license or the EarMaster 6 Lab Pack, which includes EarMaster Teacher Edition (for teachers) and EarMaster Pro (for students).

EarMaster Cloud comes with a built-in workbook editor to help you create a complete set of exercises that fit your curriculum.
EarMaster creates workbooks that are easy to assign to an entire class or to individual students. Workbooks assigned to a student automatically appear in EarMaster when he/she starts it.

Student Grade Overview The Student Grade interface displays useful information about each student's grade. It makes it easy to spot issues your students may be struggling with, or identify topics that need to be covered in the next class meeting. All results and statistics are pre-formatted and can be printed or exported to PDF files.
