Article 2 The quantitative management and evaluation method for trial quality and performance assessment refers to a management method that quantifies the responsibilities and work indicators that must be achieved for the positions held by all staff in the hospital, and evaluates the performance of police officers through quantification.
Article 3 The quantitative management of performance appraisal is based on the assessment and scoring of different job responsibilities, which are basically divided into 600 points for recruiters, 1,000 points for general police officers, 1,200 points for department deputy positions, 1,500 points for department full-time positions, and 1,500 points for party members.
