Hiawatha is a Unix network server that provides stronger security features. It was developed by Hugo Leisink in 2002 and is still being continuously upgraded today. The last stable upgrade version was v7.0, released in February 2010. Although Hiawatha is mainly adapted for PHP environments, it can support all CGI/Fast CGI applications.
