The software interface after Nuanku HVAC Industry Calculation Assistant Software V2.0 is started. After entering other interfaces, you can click the software name picture with the icon in the upper left corner of the software to return to the startup interface.
The search box in the upper right corner can enter the keywords the user wants to search, and the corresponding search results can be displayed. The other buttons are minimize, maximize and close buttons.
1.2 Load calculation
Click the load calculation menu on the left to enter this interface. Select the province and city in the drop-down menu, select the corresponding room type in the tab, and then click the calculation button to automatically display the minimum cooling load and optimal cooling load required by the user.
1.3 Water pipe selection
Click the water pipe selection menu on the left to enter this interface. The water system connection form drop-down menu can select closed/open water system. Enter the user-designed water flow value of the water system in the water flow field, and then click the pipe diameter calculation button to automatically calculate the water pipe diameter required for the central air-conditioning water system at the water pipe diameter.
If the user needs to calculate the diameter of the air conditioner condensation drain pipe, the numerical range selected according to the condensation drain pipe diameter can be used as a reference.
1.4 Material calculation
Click the left side material calculation menu to enter this interface. Material calculation includes galvanized steel pipe, galvanized steel plate, angle steel, insulation pipe, insulation board and bracket calculation. The default page is galvanized steel pipe.
1.5 Air conditioner selection
The main function of central air conditioner selection is to facilitate HVAC designers and consumers to quickly select the brand, type, and model of the air conditioner, and to understand the main parameters of the air conditioner.
Click the mouse on the air conditioner selection menu on the left to enter this interface. The user selects the brand that needs to be known and clicks to enter. The commonly used central air conditioner selection table of the brand of air conditioner is displayed by default, which lists the commonly used air conditioner types, models and suitable uses of the brand. Click the Please select model drop-down menu to enter the parameter interface of this type of air conditioner, which details the appearance, model, cooling and heating capacity, cooling and heating power, length, width and height of the air conditioner and the diameter of the copper pipe.
1.6 Calculation of fluoride addition
The main function of fluoride calculation is to facilitate HVAC designers and installers to quickly calculate the amount of fluoride required for air conditioning.
Click the fluoride calculation menu on the left to enter this interface.
The user selects the fluoridation type of the air conditioner (when only indoor unit copper pipe fluoride is selected, the outdoor unit fluoridation calculation function is automatically disabled).
Only add fluoride to indoor copper pipes: Enter the length of the refrigerant pipe and liquid pipe of different diameters at the length of the copper pipe, click the fluoride calculation button for the indoor unit copper pipe, the fluoride amount will be displayed at the required fluoride amount for the indoor copper pipe, which is the amount of fluoride for the central air conditioner required by the user.

Click the button to calculate the total fluoride amount, and the calculation results will be obtained for all the required fluoride amounts. The result is the sum of the fluoride amounts of the external and internal machines.
1.7 copper pipe price
By clicking the copper pipe price menu on the left, you can enter this interface. In the futures copper price field, enter the futures copper price when using the software, or click on the website link on the right to query the futures copper price. The price directly displays the unit price of copper pipes of different diameters. Then enter the copper pipe length that the user needs to calculate in the copper pipe length field, and then click the price calculation button. The total individual price of each copper pipe of different diameters is automatically displayed at the sub-item total price, and the total price of all copper pipes is displayed at the bottom copper pipe price.
Click the Clear Data button to clear the current values, making it easier to calculate the price of the next set of copper pipes again.
1.8 Copper tube branch pipe selection
By clicking the mouse on the copper pipe branch pipe selection menu on the left, you can enter this interface. The user selects the brand that needs to be known and clicks to enter. The branch pipe selection table of the brand of air conditioner is displayed by default. It lists the appropriate copper pipe diameter and branch pipe model for this brand of air conditioner to choose based on the cooling capacity of the indoor and outdoor units.
1.9 Picture album explanatory information
Click the album description information menu on the left to enter this interface. You can select HVAC product albums, technical manuals, data libraries, HVAC specifications, and HVAC journals to reach the corresponding website.
1.10 Water flow and accessories selection
Click the water flow and accessories selection menu on the left to enter this interface, enter the design cooling load required for all rooms included in the air conditioning system in the air conditioning design load field, enter the cooling capacity of the air conditioner outdoor unit in the air conditioning host cooling capacity field, click the Calculate button, chilled water and water The pump flow rate automatically calculates the chilled water flow and chilled water pump flow, the cooling water and water pump flow rate automatically calculates the cooling water flow and cooling water pump flow, the expansion water tank selection automatically calculates the required expansion water tank volume, and the cooling tower selection automatically calculates the required cooling tower water flow.

1.11Quick selection of air ducts
Click the mouse on the air duct quick selection menu on the left to enter this interface. The rectangular air duct is displayed by default, and you can click the circular air duct to switch. Enter the air volume of the air system equipment in the air volume field. Select the actual air duct size for the air duct size on the right. You can automatically enter the air duct width and height for the air duct width and air duct height (you can also fill in the width and height of other sizes of air ducts yourself), and then click the rectangular air duct flow rate calculation button. The air duct flow rate will be automatically calculated for the air duct flow rate.
The calculation method for circular air ducts is the same as that for rectangular air ducts.
1.12 Calculation of air duct insulation area
Click the mouse on the duct insulation area calculation menu on the left to enter this interface. Enter the duct width in the duct width quantity, enter the duct height in the duct height quantity, enter the duct length in the duct length quantity, click the area calculation button, and the duct area quantity will directly display the number of duct expansion areas.
Enter the thickness of the insulation material in the insulation thickness quantity on the right, and then click the area calculation button. The insulation area quantity required by the user will automatically be displayed in the insulation area quantity.
Click the clear button to clear the current value to facilitate the next calculation.
1.13 Calculation of fresh air volume
Click the mouse on the fresh air volume calculation menu on the left to enter this interface. Enter the specific room area in the room area according to the fresh air volume Q1 according to the number of air changes. Enter the completed ceiling height of the room in the room elevation. Enter the air change times of different types of rooms in the air change number. Then enter the number of people in the room in the fresh air volume Q2 room number per person, and then click the fresh air volume calculation button. The required fresh air volume will be automatically displayed at the appropriate fresh air volume selection, and the duct cross-sectional area will be displayed at the required duct cross-sectional area.
Click the clear button to clear the current value.
On the right side are the cross-sectional areas of commonly used rectangular and circular air ducts. You can select the appropriate air duct specifications based on the calculation results, or you can select a similar cross-sectional area of rectangular and circular air ducts to switch between rectangular and circular air ducts.
1.14 Wind system material price calculation
Click the left air system material price menu to enter this interface. The default is the air outlet price. Select the aluminum alloy air outlet or ABS air outlet for the air outlet material. Fill in the length and width of the air outlet price. Click the Calculate button. The air outlet price will automatically be displayed in the front price. Then fill in the length and width in the return air outlet price. Then click the Calculate button. The return air outlet price will automatically be displayed in the front price. Finally, click the tax-included price calculation button. The tax-included market price will be displayed in the front price.
The air outlet and return air outlet at the price coefficient have default values and do not need to be changed. If necessary, they can be changed according to actual needs.
Diffusers, mufflers, thermal insulation soft joints, air volume control valves, etc. are calculated in the same way. Just enter the length and width (height) to calculate the price. Click Calculate tax-included price to automatically calculate the tax-included market price.
