How to carry out project engineering management?

​​ 1. New project/single item/unit project

Click [New] in the [Start] menu to pop up the "New Wizard" dialog box, fill in the basic information of the project.

In addition to filling in the basic information of the project, the corresponding "tax calculation method" (general VAT calculation, simple VAT calculation, business tax) and "project purpose" (divided into bidding/controlled price, bidding, and pre-settlement modes) should be selected based on the actual situation of the project.

"Bidding/Controlled Price" mode: The tenderer selects this mode when preparing the bidding list and preparing the bidding control price;

“Bid” mode: This mode is used by bidders when preparing bid quotations;

"Pre-settlement" mode: If you only prepare pre-settlement and do not make bidding quotations, select this mode;

The purpose of the project can be switched in the "Project Overview"; the functions provided by the software are different in different modes.

After completing the filling, click the "Next" button to enter the new single project and unit project interface:

Fill in the individual project number, individual project name, unit project name and other information, and select "Quota Type" and "Bidding Area".

In the software, projects are arranged in a tree directory from "Project → Single Project → Unit Project". Each unit project consists of a list of sub-projects, measure projects, other projects, etc., as well as a unit project summary table, a single project summary table, and a project summary table. Click on different directory locations, and the software will present different operation interfaces.

2. Single project operation

① New single project:

​​Select the project name, right-click the mouse, select "New Single Project" on the pop-up function menu, and enter the name of the new single project on the pop-up "New Single Project" dialog box;

② Delete a single project:

​​Select the name of the single project that needs to be deleted, right-click the mouse, and select "Delete Single Project". At this time, a prompt box pops up to confirm deletion, select [Yes], and the single project will be deleted.

③ Copy a single project:

​​Select the single project to be copied, right-click the mouse, and select "Copy the current single project" on the pop-up function menu. Then place the cursor on the project name, right-click the mouse, and select "Paste single project" on the pop-up function menu.

3. Unit engineering operations

① New unit project:

After selecting the name of a single project, right-click the mouse and select "New Unit Project" on the pop-up function menu. A new unit project window will pop up. Please enter the project information according to the name of each field, select the quota type and confirm, and the new creation is completed, as shown in the figure:

② Copy unit project:

​​Select the unit project to be copied, right-click the mouse, and select "Copy Unit Project" on the pop-up function menu; place the cursor on the name of a single project, right-click the mouse, and select "Paste Unit Project" on the pop-up function menu.

③ Copy unit project across projects:

​​Select the unit project to be copied, right-click the mouse and select "Copy Unit Project", open another project file, place the cursor on the individual project name of the file, right-click the mouse and select "Paste Unit Project".

④ Delete unit project:

​​Select the name of the unit project that needs to be deleted, right-click the mouse, select "Delete Unit Project" on the pop-up function menu, select "Yes", and the unit project will be deleted.

4. Modify project/single/unit project overview

Right-click the project project/single project/unit project in the project directory tree and select "Project Overview" on the pop-up menu. The software will pop up "Project Overview" in the window under the project directory tree.

You can edit and modify the content as needed.

5. Engineering recycling bin

Right-click the project project/single project/unit project in the project directory tree and select "Project Recycle Bin" on the pop-up menu. The software will pop up "Project Recycle Bin" in the window under the project directory tree.

You can restore the deleted project nodes by right-clicking on the deleted project and selecting "Restore".
