1. New project/single item/unit project

Click [New] in the [Start] menu to pop up the "New Wizard" dialog box, fill in the basic information of the project.

In addition to filling in the basic information of the project, the corresponding "tax calculation method" (general VAT calculation, simplified VAT calculation, business tax) and "project purpose" (divided into bidding/controlled price, bidding, etc.) should also be selected based on the actual situation of the project. , pre-settlement mode).

Description of project purpose:

"Bidding/Controlled Price" mode: The tenderer selects this mode when preparing the bidding list and preparing the bidding control price;

"Bid" mode: This mode is used by bidders when preparing bid quotations;
