How to use
In order to cancel the time limit, first run ANYCFG.EXE, enter the program name of the software you want to cancel the time limit in the Command Line text box (add command line parameters if necessary), or use the Browse button to find the program you want to run on the disk.
Enter a legal date in Expected Date (it must be any day within the legal trial period. For example: you installed the software on March 1st, and the software usage time limit is 30 days, then the date must be between March 1st and March 30th), then press OK. AnyCFG.EXE will create an ANYDAY.ini file in the directory where the program you want to run is located. At this time, ANYCFG.EXE is no longer useful.
You need to copy ANYDAY.EXE to the directory where your program is located. Every time you run ANYDAY.EXE, it will automatically run the software you set based on the settings in the ANYDAY.INI file and remove the time limit for the software. In order to facilitate the operation, you can also make further settings, modify the corresponding program item in the program manager, and change the command line to ANYDAY.EXE, but the icon will still use the original software. In this way, you can click the corresponding icon every time after modification.
ANYDAY.EXE automatically exits after running in the system for a period of time (the default is 20 seconds, which is determined by the Delay item in AnyCfg). Only during the period before AnyDay exits can the software obtain the system time that meets its requirements. The startup time of some software is very long, more than 20 seconds, which may cause AnyDay to malfunction. You can set the Delay item in ANYCFG, which can extend the time that ANYDAY.EXE is in memory to solve such problems.
You can press the Close button at any time to terminate the operation of AnyDay, and AnyDay will restore the correct time.
AnyDay has added a 32-bit version starting from version 1.5, which can run under Windows 95/NT and supports long file names. The 32-bit versions are AnyDay32.exe and AnyCfg32.exe.
Nowadays, more and more software packages record the last time you ran it, and once they find that you have modified the clock, you will be prohibited from continuing to use the software. For this kind of software, you must modify the .ini file or Registry to delete the time record.
Things to note
1. I have used AnyDay, but the time limit of the software still cannot be removed? Question: I have used AnyDay, but the time limit of a certain software still cannot be removed?
Answer: The technology used by AnyDay is relatively simple, which is to modify the time of the system. In order to deal with software like AnyDay, many software adopt special technologies. For example, as long as it times out, it will no longer check the time or if it finds that the system time is reversed, it will be considered to have expired. Known such software include TurboZIP, Quick View Plus 4.5 Ulead Gif Animator, etc. In this regard, if you cannot use a method similar to "Answer 2" below to modify it, we will not be able to solve it. We plan to add a column on the homepage to introduce which software AnyDay is effective for and which software is ineffective. You are welcome to provide information.
2. How to use it with "Nanjixing" software?
Question: My version 1.2 of "Antarctic Star" has timed out, and I still cannot remove the time limit after using Zeal AnyDay. Why?
Answer: "Nanjixing" registers your usage in the [Usage] section of NJWIN.INI. After timeout, it no longer reads the system time provided by Zeal AnyDay. Solution: First exit "NJWIN", then use NotePad to open NJWIN.INI in the Windows directory, delete the [Usage] section, and then use AnyCfg to set the time.
3. I have tried several software. exe file, what to do?
Question: There are two softwares I am trying out. exe file, both files are time-limited and in the same directory. Do I have to use AnyCfg32 and AnyDay32 twice?
Answer: You need to run AnyCfg32 twice. Every time you run AnyCfg32, an AnyDay.ini file will be generated, so after running AnyCfg32 for the first time, you need to
AnyDay.ini is copied to other directories, and AnyDay32.exe should be included in this directory. That's your two. The exe files are in the same directory, while AnyDay.ini and AnyDay32.exe must be in two different directories.
