Notes on letter case converter
1. If the amount in Chinese capital letters ends with "yuan", the word "zheng" (or "zheng") should be written after "yuan"; after "jiao", the word "zheng" (or "zheng") does not need to be written; if the amount in capital letters includes "fen", the word "zheng" (or "zheng") should not be written after "fen".
2. The word “RMB” should be marked before the Chinese capital amount figure, and the capital amount figure should be filled in immediately after the word “RMB” without leaving any blank space. If the word "RMB" is not printed before the capital amount figure, the three words "RMB" should be added. The fixed words "Qian, Hundred, Shi, Wan, Qian, Hundred, Shi, Yuan, Jiao, Fen" must not be pre-printed in the capital amount column of bills and settlement vouchers.
3. When there is a "0" in the lowercase Arabic numeral amount, the Chinese capital should be written in accordance with the rules of the Chinese language, the composition of the amount, and the requirements to prevent alteration.
4. The RMB symbol "￥" should be written in front of the Arabic lowercase amount figures. The Arabic lowercase amount figures should be filled in carefully, and they must not be written consecutively to make them difficult to distinguish.
5. The date of issuance of the bill must be written in Chinese capital letters. To prevent alteration of the date of issuance of the bill, fill in the month, day and time. If the month is one, two and ten, the day is one to nine and one ten, two ten and If it is thirty, "zero" should be added in front of it, and if the day is from eleven to nineteen, "one" should be added in front of it.
