How to change the password of a digital certificate?
When applying for an organization's digital certificate, it will be randomly assigned an initial password, which will be delivered to the customer together with the digital certificate in the form of a password seal. If you need to change this initial password, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the official client of Certificate Manager, insert the organization’s digital certificate, and click “Modify PIN Code”, as shown below:
In the pop-up dialog box, first enter the old password, then enter the new password as required, and then click "OK"
*Password must be 6-16 digits, letters or a combination of numbers and letters.
The digital certificate has expired or is about to expire. How to renew the validity period?
1. Prerequisites for certificate renewal
1. The digital certificate client has been installed and opened
2. Insert UKey, the digital certificate client can read two certificates (signature and encryption)

1. Click the "Certificate Update" button in the upper left corner of the digital certificate client, and the update interface will appear, as shown below:

3. For certificates that have expired or are about to expire (valid for less than one month), after the update operation, you will generally be prompted that the certificate update is successful. If your certificate is within the validity period, you will be prompted that no update is required.
