Things to note
When synchronizing courses, if you have newly purchased courses, the information update of the new courses will be delayed by up to one hour due to the buffering mechanism. If this happens, please wait for a while before trying to synchronize the updates.
When downloading, if you need to download the courses as quickly as possible, we recommend that you download each course one by one, so that the download speed will be faster than if you download multiple courses at the same time.
If your operating system is Windows Vista or Win7 and the User Account Control function (UAC) is enabled, you may not be able to log in when using this assistant software, so it is recommended that you turn off UAC first. The steps are: Control Panel-->User Account-->Turn off User Account Control.
