FAQ
Software freezes or crashes
Reason: Too many cache files and insufficient hardware configuration.
Solution: Clear the software cache (path: installation directory Cache); upgrade the computer memory or replace the SSD hard drive.
Cloud service abnormality
Reason: Incorrect account password, blocked by network firewall.
Solution: Reset the account through "Forgot Password"; open the Haoshun Cloud service port (default 8080) in the router.
