The interface is as shown in the figure. Its 3538 series driver has been perfected after many revisions. The kx team has made a lot of improvements in the latest 3538l version. This version of the driver also provides preliminary support for Windows Vista, but the ASIO driver and speaker tests cannot be completed.
The specific updates are as follows: 1. Rewritten the ASIO sync code, added many sync options and improved some drivers. 2. Fixed some errors in the documentation. 3. Updated mixy42, mixy84, and loudness plug-ins. 4. Add some new items to the system tray. 5. SDK: Use GUID to trigger effects, mixer pages, applet programs, addons, and the kxmixer GUID list is included in the local skin file (particular, buttons.ini). 6. The kx skin file has been rewritten and is no longer compatible with older versions of skins. 7. Enhanced the assignable mixer controller, now it can assign any dsp controller to master/wave/synth/rec. Note: Some 10k2 chip sound cards need to be equipped with a multi-processor or a hardware system with HT function when installing this version of the driver. Otherwise, there may be no sound or the system may crash. There is a compatibility issue between the sound card of the SB006x/SB010x chip and ASIO and the kx driver cannot be installed. Dell OEM SB Live, version number SB020x sound card cannot install kx driver because it uses a different EMU10k1 chip.
