How to use Dudu Niu Butler
1. Dudu Niu Butler sets the private room area and name
Enter the service center and find the store initial settings--terminal information settings--machine area settings, as shown in the figure below:
Add a new area, set it to "This area is a private room", and add the client machine information in the private room in the terminal information settings.
(Important reminder: The terminal must be set up first, otherwise the private room price cannot be set in the price setting area)
2. Dudu Niu Butler sets the Internet price
After the setting is completed, go to the online price section and you will see the newly added "Private Room Price Setting", where you can set the price of the private room.
Note: In the price setting area, the regular price setting also has the price of area C as shown below, which is the stand-alone price; the private room price is set in the private room price setting.
There are two machines in a certain private room, and the private room price is 10 yuan / hour (regardless of whether we use one or two machines); if there is no private room, the price of single machine is 5 yuan / hour.
Settings: Set 5 yuan/hour in the regular price setting, and set 10 yuan/hour in the private room price setting.
3. Dudu Niu Butler cashier operation
A. There is a new "Private Room Management" in the user management menu, as shown below. After clicking to enter, you can view all the private room information of the current Internet cafe.
B. After opening the private room management, enter the account number that requires the private room and click Query. Click "Activate" behind the private room name to use it. Both machines in the private room can be used.
C. Client use: As shown in the illustration above, there are two machines in the private room. Use the main account to log in to one, and activate other accounts to log in to the other machine normally (no fees will be deducted, and the private room will deduct the money from the main account).
