Contents of the Management Measures for Nursing Homes
Article 25 Elderly care institutions shall establish and improve safety, fire protection, food, sanitation, finance, file management and other rules and regulations in accordance with relevant national regulations, formulate service standards and work procedures, and make them public.
Article 26 Elderly care institutions shall be equipped with staff suitable for services and operations, sign employment contracts or labor contracts with them in accordance with the law, and regularly carry out professional ethics education and business training.
Personnel engaged in medical, rehabilitation, fire-fighting and other services in nursing homes should have corresponding professional qualifications.
Nursing institutions should strengthen vocational skills training for nursing staff and establish and improve a salary system that reflects factors such as vocational skill levels.
Article 27 Elderly care institutions should reasonably determine the charging standards for service items based on factors such as their registration type, business nature, operation methods, facilities and equipment conditions, management level, service quality, level of care and other factors, and comply with relevant national and local government price management regulations.
Elderly care institutions should publicize the charging standards and charging basis for various service items in a conspicuous location, and accept social supervision.
Article 28: Elderly care institutions shall be on duty 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of the elderly.
