ChemDraw Professional is a set of professional drawing tools that chemists and biologists must use when preparing publications. The functional divisions are more distinct, and the intelligent drawing function is used for ELNs, database functions and publishing and querying chemical data. The new version also adds the SciFinder function. Compared with the ChemDraw Prime version, ChemDraw Professional has more complete functions. New functions include drawing biopolymers, NMR prediction, structure name conversion, and research and reorganization of structural data.

ChemDraw Pro related features and functions
Professional chemical drawing tools
A professional chemical drawing tool trusted by chemists and biologists, it accurately handles organic, organometallic polymers, biopolymer materials (including amino acids, peptides, and DNA and RNA sequences) and advanced forms of stereochemistry.
Predict data attributes and generate spectra
Scientists can save time and improve data accuracy by using ChemDraw Professional to predict data properties, generate spectra, establish correct IUPAC names, and calculate reaction stoichiometry.
Compound quick search naming function
ChemDraw Pro can be used by chemists to draw and submit compounds and reactions to SciFinder for direct search. No matter what chemical type or structural type, relevant compounds (structures) can be found more quickly and accurately, greatly reducing scientific research time.
Convenient scientific research communication tool
Scientists can use biological templates to create vivid illustrations of cellular pathways, including living chemicals, to communicate their research faster, more efficiently, and more accurately.

Retrosynthetic enhancement tools.
Use SciFinder searches to cut and paste directly from ChemDraw Professional, reducing time.
Copy and paste cdxml and molfile text from the clipboard to exchange data with other applications, all in the same format as PerkinElmer E-Notebook.
New biopolymer toolbar groups and connections including disulfide and lactam bridges, beta and D-amino acids, DNA, and RNA.
Use chemical methods to interpret peptide paste DNA and RNA sequences and determine the chemical structure sequences of entanglements and stereotypes.
