1: Check whether the option box to save the recording in the settings of the live broadcast assistant is selected. If it is not selected, please select it. It will take effect the next time you open the live broadcast assistant. If it is selected, please check carefully according to the file saving address prompted by the live broadcast assistant. If it is confirmed that it has not been saved, please contact the operation team and describe the situation in detail, truly and accurately.
