Introduction to Pulldownit:
Pulldownit is a brand new dynamics solver that allows the creation of cracks as well as extensive rigid body simulations. By using its technology, digital artists are able to quickly and easily simulate the collapse of buildings, crack surfaces or fracturing of any kind of brittle material. Currently, the Pulldownit plug-in is available for 3D Max and Maya under Windows, Macos and Linux systems and has been used in many works around the world.
In 2009, Pulldownit demonstrated a series of binding rigid systems capable of calculating credible damaging effects faster than any other method.
In 2012, Pulldownit was the first plugin capable of adding roughness to Voronoi fragments, in such a way that the lack of flat realism after fragmentation was eliminated.
In 2014, Pulldownit introduced Conform Voronoi Reshattering, which gets rid of the unnatural straight borders of previous clips while reshaping the model in selected areas.
