The official version of Youth English is an online education platform app for primary and secondary school students in China. vipJr is affiliated to iTutorGroup. Forgot password problem
Problem description: The user has forgotten his password and cannot log in.
Solution:
Newly registered accounts have random passwords automatically generated by the system. You can set your own password when binding your email address. Please make sure to enter the correct email address so that you can retrieve your password if you forget it.
If the account has never set a password, please log in directly through the method you used to register the account at that time (such as mobile phone, WeChat, Weibo, QQ login).
Account information modification problem
Problem description: The user wants to modify the account information, but does not know how to do it.
Solution: In order to avoid forgetting your account and being unable to log in to VIP as much as possible, it is recommended to click on the avatar to enter the account center as soon as possible after registration, change the password, complete the email address, and bind commonly used third-party accounts and mobile phone numbers.
Account switching/logout issues
Problem description: The user wants to switch or log out of the current account, but does not know how to do it.
Solution: Click "Account" - "More Settings" in the lower right corner of the bottom, slide to the bottom, and there is an option to log out.
Installation steps
Special note: The installation package provided by Huajun Software Park contains the Android emulator and software APK files. For the computer version, you need to install the emulator first and then install the APK file.
1. First download the installation package from Huajun Software Park. The software package contains an Android emulator exe installation program and an APK file and unzip it. First click on the exe program to install the lightning simulator.
2. Double-click "Lightning simulator.exe" file to enter the installation interface. Users can click "Quick Installation" to select the system's default installation address for installation, or click "Custom Installation" to choose the installation path. Custom installation is recommended here.
3. WaitingLightning simulatorAfter the installation is complete, click "Try Now" to open the emulator.
4. Enter the main interface of the lightning simulator and clickRight column APK iconSelect the "Local APK Install" button.
5. In the pop-up window, click on the decompressed APK file, and then click to open.
6. After that, the software will enter the installation process. You need to wait for a moment. After the software installation is completed, it will appear in my software list. Click the icon and double-click to open it.
