Q: Why is there no sound from the microphone?
A: Please check whether the speaker is on; please check whether the microphone function is disabled in the system; please confirm whether the classroom creator has enabled microphone permission.
Q: Why is there noise in the microphone?
A: When two devices are in a certain place at the same time and both have their microphones turned on, noise interference may occur.
Q: Why is there no image from the camera?
A: Please check whether the device has a camera function; please check whether the camera/camera function is disabled in the system; please confirm whether the classroom creator has enabled camera permissions.

Q: How to create a course?
A: Click the “+” in the middle of the navigation bar on the homepage of the Desk App to create a new course. When creating a course, you need to enter: course name (required); open class, time schedule, course label (optional).
Q: How to set up courses?
A: After filling in the course name, click "Create" at the bottom of the page to jump to the course settings page, where you can further improve the course information. Here you can copy the course code, add/modify the course name and course label; select the course cover (the system default or upload it by taking a photo with your mobile phone), add/modify the course introduction and course playback; student management can manage students in the course. Click "Finish" at the bottom of the page to successfully create the course.
Q: How to find courses/teachers?
A: In the search box at the top of the homepage, enter the course number or teacher ID to search for courses/teachers, find and enter the classroom, study courses or find the teacher's personal homepage.
Q: How to manage the course list?
A: After the course is successfully created, it will be displayed on the App homepage in the form of a list for easy search and management. Click on any course to view course details and enter the classroom.
Q: How to delete a course?
A: Enter the course management page, click the "Gear" button in the upper right corner, select "Delete", and proceed.
Q: How to start class?
A: The classroom creator clicks "Teach Class" at the bottom of the screen to start lessons with students.
Q: How to enable video?
A: The classroom creator needs to click on the class and slide the video call on the left side of the screen to start the video. When the classroom creator turns off the video call, participants will not be able to turn on the video.
Course recording
Q: How to record a course?
A: The teacher creator clicks "Class" at the bottom of the screen and selects recording playback to record all the audio and whiteboard content in this course. Click on the time to save the course playback. Note that course recording cannot be less than 30 seconds.
Q: Where can I watch course replays?
A: On the course details page, course replays, all participants can view the course replays.
Q: How to rename or delete course replays?
A: On the course details page, in the course playback area, slide the course to rename or delete it.
Q: How to share course replays?
A: On the course details page, in the course playback area, slide the course and click the share button to share.
Installation steps
Special note: The installation package provided by Huajun Software Park contains the Android emulator and software APK files. For the computer version, you need to install the emulator first and then install the APK file.
1. First download the installation package from Huajun Software Park. The software package contains an Android emulator exe installation program and an APK file and unzip it. First click on the exe program to install the lightning simulator.
2. Double-click "Lightning simulator.exe" file to enter the installation interface. Users can click "Quick Installation" to select the system's default installation address for installation, or click "Custom Installation" to choose the installation path. Custom installation is recommended here.
3. WaitingLightning simulatorAfter the installation is complete, click "Try Now" to open the emulator.
4. Enter the main interface of the lightning simulator and clickRight column APK iconSelect the "Local APK Install" button.
5. In the pop-up window, click on the decompressed APK file, and then click to open.
6. After that, the software will enter the installation process. You need to wait for a moment. After the software installation is completed, it will appear in my software list. Click the icon and double-click to open it.
