Use the official version of NISEC SafeToolKit to declare the operation steps
1 If the tax control panel of the upgraded version of the VAT invoice system is not used for declaration, when the taxpayer logs in to the client to declare, the declaration operation process will be the same as before, without any changes.
2 For declarations using the upgraded version of the tax control panel of the VAT invoice system, when taxpayers log in to the client to declare, the process of collecting invoice information and filling out the report remains unchanged from before. However, when the declaration form is sent, a window will pop up for the user to choose the declaration method. There are two options:
(1) Use paperless declaration (no need to submit paper materials) (selected by default)
(2) Ordinary declaration (paper declaration form needs to be submitted in accordance with regulations)

Prompt: "USBKEY (0xA7) is not plugged in"
Cause of the problem: (There are many reasons)
(1) The tax control disk has not issued a certificate;
(2) The certificate client control is not installed or the installation is incomplete.
Solution: Use the NISEC user management tool to check whether the tax control disk has been issued a certificate. If not, go to the tax bureau to apply for a new certificate; if so, check the C:Program in the computer anti-virus software Restore all items under FilesNISEC. If the certificate client control is not installed, find NISECInstaller.exe in the invoicing software installation path and double-click it to complete the installation by default.
