1. SSZ regular rest tool has two ways to rest, a. At home. When the time comes to take a break, music will play, the screen will go black and there will be a countdown in the middle. If there is no operation within a certain period of time, the screen will turn off, and there will be a sound reminder after the break.
b.Company. When it is time to take a break, there will be no music, the screen will not go black, and the current screen will remain but cannot be operated. The timer will also be moved to the lower right corner, making it as inconspicuous as possible.
There will be a beep sound reminder after the break. Exceptionally, if it has been 9 hours since the first power-on today, there will be a "...!" reminder (cryptic enough), indicating that it is time to get off work.
2. If the current work is very important and you don’t want to take a break, you can delay it for five minutes or a period of time. 3. If you want to end the break early during the break, you can press Crtrl+Alt+U. An addition calculation window will appear. Calculate the answer and you can end the break early.
This is to prevent users from being lazy and not wanting to take a rest, so users are asked to use their brains and can only stop taking a rest if they figure it out.
4. You can set whether to enter a break when in full screen. If not, there will still be a sound reminder to tell the user that the time is up, but the rest will not be entered.
