Pomodoro Alarm Clock Software Instructions

There should be many friends like me who like to use the Pomodoro Technique and the GTD method to do things.
Currently, there are three mature working methods on the market. Maybe I am ignorant.
No. 1: GTD working method
No. 2: Four-quadrant working method
No. 3: Pomodoro Technique
GTD focuses on managing friends with large task lists,
Friends who are more focused on the four quadrants, unable to weigh the pros and cons, and are very busy every day,
Tomato is more focused on those who perform a single task for a long time but cannot be efficient.
As far as I know, there are currently many softwares that cooperate with GTD and Four Quadrant.
But there are not many software that can be integrated with Tomato.
There are only two types of Pomodoro Technique on the market, the first is the WEB page mode, and the second is the flash small software mode.
So I wrote this little software myself.
The thinking is very simple. Implement the Pomodoro Technique, the strategy of working for 25 minutes and resting for a few minutes, and integrating the 6-minute review method from the book "Time Management".
Used to improve your work efficiency.
You can cooperate with GTD to execute a long-term project or long-term task! Always remind yourself not to just plan but not execute!
This software is just for personal use and practice. I don’t like to make it too complicated.
Pomodoro Alarm Clock Instructions
1. At the beginning of each day, plan several tasks to be completed today, and write the tasks one by one in the list (or record them in the software list)
2. Set your Pomodoro (timer, software, alarm clock, etc.) to 25 minutes
3. Start completing the first task until the Pomodoro rings or reminds you (25 minutes is up)
4. Stop working and put an X after the task in the list
5. Rest for 3 to 5 minutes, move around, drink water, take convenience, etc.
6. Start the next Pomodoro and continue the task. Keep looping until the task is completed and cross it off the list
7. After every four Pomodoros, take a 25-minute break
During a certain Pomodoro, if you suddenly think of something to do——
a. If you must do something immediately, stop the Pomodoro and declare it invalid (even if it ends with 5 minutes left), complete the task, and then start the same Pomodoro again.
b. If it doesn’t have to be done right away, mark the task with a comma (to indicate interruption) in the list, record it in another list (for example, call it “unplanned events”), and then complete the Pomodoro.
