The SSD 910 series solid-state drives launched by Intel are ultra-high-performance enterprise-class solid-state drives, mainly targeted at data center applications such as cloud computing, virtualization, and online transactions.
Recently, Intel released version 1.1 of the SSD Datacenter Tool specifically for the SSD 910 series, which can perform advanced maintenance work on the SSD 910 series solid state drives. The detailed functions are as follows:
— Detect PCIe devices and associated drives connected to the system.
— A SCSI full format Format command can be issued to clear the data on the SSD.
— SSD performance can be adjusted by changing the maximum logical block address (LBA).
— SSD firmware can be updated.
— Can issue SCSI read and write commands to the SSD.
— Can read and parse SCSI query pages and log pages.
— The performance of the drive can be changed by changing the power settings configuration.
