The official version of the fixed-length material pick-up supports the typesetting of laths, parts boards, and wire rods and the output of EXCEL purchase orders, CAD layout drawings, and EXCEL index tables.
A variety of calculation methods and output methods are available to meet the needs of most steel structure factory material plans for fixed-length extraction. It is currently the most convenient and fastest material plan and length extraction software.
The generated requisition form can be used directly for purchase, and the generated slat layout diagram or index table can be directly sent to the workshop to guide workers in the use of materials.
Fixed length material lifting installation test
When using this program for the first time, please follow the steps below to open the test file to test whether there are any problems with the software. WIN7 system cannot scale graphics. If you encounter problems during the test, please refer to the FAQ section to solve them.
1.Double click
Open the program.
2. Open the test file. Click File/Browse The Open Material Planning dialog box pops up. Open the ‘Test 1.zzy’ file under the installation package of this program, or drag and drop the ‘Test 1.zzy’ file into the window.
3. After opening, the parts list will be displayed. If the parts list is not displayed, see common file solutions.
4. Click Graphic Edit.
5. Double-click a graphic in the graphic list.
6. End of test
Frequently Asked Questions about Fixed-length Material Picking
Problem 1: directx initialization failed
If it prompts that directx initialization failed, please follow the steps below to change the computer configuration.
Problem 2: Unable to read data
If the data cannot be read, please set the data source.
The first step: add the driver.
Double-click to install ‘AccessDatabaseEngine2010x32’ (the installation package is provided in the data source driver folder of this program.) If you are prompted that a 64-bit driver has been installed, please uninstall the 64-bit driver and then install the 32-bit driver.
Step 2: Add data source (some computers may not need to perform this step to set up)
(1) Copy the path ‘Control Panel System and Security Management Tools’ and paste it into the address bar. After confirmation, enter the page below. Double-click on ‘ODBC Data Sources (32-bit)’
Or directly press the WIN+R keys on the keyboard to run "C:WindowsSysWOW64odbcad32.exe".
(2) The data source name must be MS Access Database, no other settings are required, click OK.
Question 3: When exporting CAD and EXCEL files, it prompts that the file has been opened
If the file is not actually opened, it means that the program was forced to close or exited abnormally, resulting in the CAD and EXCEL files not being released. Open the system task manager, find the wps, office or CAD program in the background program, and close it.
