1. How to delete a model from the latest models on the start page
Links on the surface To remove links to .EAP models from the Enterprise Architect start page, use the following command:
(1) Go to the "File" menu and select "Open" (or press Ctrl + O).
(2) In the "Recent Projects" text field, highlight the model you want to delete from the "Recent Models" link on the Start page (Note: This will only delete the link to the model, not the .EAP file in the file system)
(3) Click the "Remove selection from list" button.
2. Requirements for importing CSV from MS Excel
Use EA to import CSV requirements. To perform a CSV import in EA, you need to set up a specific CSV import for your requirements, which can be defined from the main menu: Configuration | CSV Import/Export Specification.
Note: In the spreadsheet, the element type needs to be defined as a constant (named "Type") in the following column: "Required".
3. The import code option is grayed out! Why?
To be able to import code (reverse engineer), you must first select a chart, load a chart and click on its background. Alternatively, you can load the chart, then right-click on the chart's background and select "Import from source" from the popup menu, then select the desired language.

Enterprise Architect installation steps
1. Download the Enterprise Architect official version installation package from Huajun Software Park. After unzipping, double-click the "exe" file to enter the installation wizard and click Next
2. Read the license agreement, click "I accept the...", and click Next
3. Read the following important information and click Next
4. Click "Change" to select the installation location. Generally, the default is C drive. It is recommended to install on D drive. Click Next.
5. The software information is ready, click Install to install
6. The software is being installed, please wait patiently.
7.Enterprise Architect installation is complete, click Finish to exit the installation wizard
