Article 7 Technical information and technical services
1. The contractor agrees to provide the orderer with the drawings, instructions and finished product testing and inspection standards required for assembly and processing of finished products.
2. The ordering party agrees to give appropriate answers to the contractor's questions on processing and assembly technology.
3. During the validity period of the contract, at the request of the contractor, the ordering party agrees to send its engineering and technical personnel to the contractor's factory to provide technical guidance related to processing and assembly. All travel expenses and living expenses for the engineering and technical personnel dispatched by the client will be borne by the contractor.
4. During the validity period of the contract, at the request of the ordering party, the contractor agrees that the ordering party will receive technical training on processing and assembly at the contractor's factory. However, the number of persons dispatched by the customer at any time shall not exceed _________, and the stay shall not exceed _________ days. All travel expenses and living expenses for the personnel dispatched by the client will be borne by the client.
