1. Upon consensus reached between Party A and Party B, Party B agrees that Party A will adjust Party B’s specific work departments and positions and labor remuneration based on business needs or Party B’s own abilities and performance.
2. Party A and Party B agree upon consensus that Party B’s monthly salary is calculated on a daily basis and is fixed for each position. It will not be used as a basis for other insurance benefits. The above wages are all pre-tax wages.
