Question:1. Can the same ID number be used for personal real-name authentication for multiple Baidu Smart Cloud accounts?
Answer: No. The same ID number can only be used for real-name authentication of one Baidu Smart Cloud account.
Q: 2. How long does it take for the review to be completed after the real-name authentication is submitted?
Answer: a) If you submit your personal/enterprise real-name authentication during working hours, the authentication process will be completed within 30 minutes;
b) Submit certification during non-working hours. Personal/corporate real-name certification will be completed before 10:00 am the next day.
Working hours are Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00 every day.
Question: 3. Can BCC dynamically adjust CPU and memory?
Answer: The BCC instances purchased so far support flexible adjustment of CPU and memory configurations.
Question: 4. Does BCC provide a database by default?
Answer: There is no pre-installed database on BCC. Users can install the required database by themselves. You can also purchase the relational database RDS service provided by Baidu Smart Cloud separately.
Question: 5. Does BCC support Oracle database?
Answer: BCC itself does not restrict customers from installing Oracle database. Users can check the corresponding Oracle database installation tutorial for installation.
Question: 6. Can BCC do load balancing?
Answer: BCC can be configured as a load balancing service according to user needs, but it is recommended that users choose the independent load balancing product BLB provided by Baidu Smart Cloud. This product can perform four-layer/seven-layer load balancing services and has been optimized in a targeted manner. Users can purchase and use it directly.
Question: 7. What does it mean when the real-name authentication prompt exceeds the limit?
Answer: Two situations:
a) If there is already a Baidu Smart Cloud account under the previous identity information for real-name authentication, use the existing Baidu Smart Cloud account. It is necessary to unbind the authentication of the existing account.
b) If the number of document verifications exceeds ten times in one day, try again the next day.
