1. Video cannot be played
Problem description: When the user tries to play a video, the player displays that it failed to load or cannot be played.
Possible reasons:
The video file is corrupt or incomplete.
The video format is not supported by the player.
Network issues (if the video is played online).
Solution:
Check that the video file is complete and not corrupted. You can try playing the video with another player to verify its integrity.
Check whether Miguo Universal Player supports the video format. If not, you can try to convert the video format or use another player.
Check whether the network connection is stable and ensure that online videos can be loaded normally.
2. Stuttering or buffering occurs during playback
Problem description: Videos frequently freeze or buffer during playback.
Possible reasons:
Network speed is unstable.
Improper player settings (e.g. buffering settings are too low).
Hardware performance is insufficient (e.g. older computers).
Solution:
Try switching the network environment or upgrading the network package to improve network speed.
Adjusting your player's buffering settings and increasing the buffering time may help reduce lag.
Close other programs that consume a lot of system resources, or consider upgrading your hardware.
