This is a bug. The tool is original and written in VB. The principle is very simple. Availability is not guaranteed at all schools.
This has nothing to do with the login device. The most important thing is whether the school has blocked this vulnerability, so I suggest everyone try it and see if it works.

Test whether it is available:
First log out of the logged-in broadband, and then open the software. If the software can still access the Internet without logging into the broadband, it is available!
