4. Calculation date:
The general announcement court date is: 60 days (announcement period) + 30 days (evidence period) + 3, (third day) = 93 days.
The last day within the appeal period for general civil judgments is: 15 days (appeal period) = 15 days.
The first day when a general civil judgment takes effect: 15 days (appeal period) + 1 day (the first day after expiration) = 16 days.
