The last time AMD released the official driver for the old card or a catalyst 12.6. At the end of July, it was given the Windows XP/Vista/7, Linux system. At the end of September, the support for Windows 8 was added. And the packaging of Windows Vista/7/8 has become a version, but unfortunately I haven't seen the Linux version for the time being.
As for this old card catalyst 13.1, AMD still has not given any explanation. I believe it is just the repair of some problems and vulnerabilities. Do not expect any new functions and performance to improve.
