Possible reasons: network connection problem, or incorrect query command format.

Booking failed
Possible reasons: The information in the PNR (Passenger Reservation Record) is incomplete or wrong, such as name, ID number, contact information, etc.; or the number of reservations is inconsistent with the number of names in the PNR.
Solution: Check whether the information in the PNR is complete and accurate; confirm whether the number of reservations is consistent with the number of names in the PNR; re-enter the correct information and try again.
