How to use
Connect the mobile phone to the PC version of Smart Switch (S Switch Assistant) software. First check whether the device supports it. This software is suitable for Android OS 4.3 or higher. If supported, please continue as follows.
1. Install the PC version of Smart Switch software on your computer.
2. After the installation is completed, connect the data cable directly to the computer, slide down the notification bar on the phone and select Connected as a media device (MTP).
FAQ
If you cannot connect your device to Smart Switch, please try the following:
1. After connecting the data cable, confirm whether the USB connection mode of your device is set to MTP mode.
2. If a screen lock is set on your phone, please make sure your device is unlocked.
3. The device driver is not installed and the computer cannot recognize your device. Above the Smart Switch window, click More - Reinstall Device Driver.
4. Stop any other operations on the device that require a USB connection, such as Internet sharing.
5. Make sure your device is not currently in emergency mode.
6. Try changing other USB interfaces or changing computers.
