Crash on startup or stuck on loading interface
Reason: The cache file is damaged, insufficient permissions or plug-in conflicts.
Solution:
Clear the cache: Open the terminal and enter the following command to delete the cache folder:

Reset permissions: In System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy, make sure Camtasia has access to Screen Recording, Microphone, Camera, etc.
Safe Mode Boot: Restart your Mac and hold down the Shift key to enter Safe Mode and try running Camtasia to eliminate third-party plug-in conflicts.
