A basic introduction to a simple sales analysis sample
Content sales analysis, also known as sales data analysis, is mainly used to measure and evaluate the relationship between the planned sales targets set by managers and actual sales. It can use two methods: sales gap analysis and micro sales analysis. Sales gap analysis is mainly used to analyze the different effects of different factors on sales performance. Such as: brand, price, after-sales service, sales strategy. It mainly includes working capital turnover period analysis, sales revenue structure analysis, sales revenue comparative analysis, cost and expense analysis, profit analysis, return on net assets analysis, etc.
Sales analysis is to measure and evaluate sales targets and actual sales together. This analysis can be completed at two levels: sales gap analysis and micro-sales analysis.
