Software features

1. When synchronizing data on ordering devices (including ipad electronic recipes, Android electronic recipes, tablet ordering apps, and mobile ordering apps), you need to enter an activation code. The activation code is 123456.
2. The driver printing mode is no longer supported. Users who originally used the driver to print need to adjust the printer to POS printing mode. The printing paper width is not 58mm, 76mm or 80mm. Please do not upgrade.
3. The account number of each store is unique, so when the data of two stores are the same, the data of one store cannot be backed up and restored in another store. The basic product and raw material data can be exported and restored through data import.
4. You must be connected to the Internet when logging in. Ordinary stores do not need to be connected to the Internet during use. Stores upgraded to VIP must be connected to the Internet to enter the network disk.
5. If there is only one computer, you can use all functions after installing it on this computer. If you need to use it on multiple computers, install it on one computer first, and install the server according to the prompts. After completion, install it on other computers. Other computers can use it after installation, and there is no need to install services. If there are multiple services in a LAN, the system will not be available.
6. If 4.0 private cloud users need to upgrade to 5.1 or above, please contact 2D Fire customer service two days in advance.
7. When installing the software, you need to turn off the Baidu anti-virus software on your computer, otherwise the service will not start after installation.

How to use

Step 1: Install the software
Click to download and install the "2D Fire Catering Management System"
Things to note:
1) During installation, if 360 interception occurs, click "More" and select "Allow this operation".
2) If you have previously installed the LAN version or the private cloud version of the 2D Fire Smart Cashier, please back up the data first and then uninstall and reinstall the 2D Fire Catering Management System. The 2D Fire Catering Management System will automatically detect the server IP. There can only be one server. If there are multiple servers, it will automatically alarm.
Step 2: Install the server
After the software is installed, run [2D Fire Catering Management System] on the desktop, and the interface as shown below will appear. Click "Install Now" to install the "LAN Server". If 360 interception appears, click "More" and select "Allow this operation"

After the server is successfully installed, a prompt appears indicating that the LAN server has been installed on the local machine and the IP address of the server. There are also functional modules for "Store Registration", "Local Backup", "Local Recovery", and "Add Administrator". The interface is as shown in the figure.
