The cradle is a communication device between the patrol unit and the PC, which can transmit the records in the patrol unit to the patrol management software of the PC system. Managers can clearly see the equipment and lines patrolled by security through PCs, and provide information on missed inspections and missed inspections. The management software can count the on-time rate, delayed inspection rate, number of missed inspections and other functions through the management software.

A. This system adopts parametric design, making its use and settings more flexible;
B. Different inspection lines can contain the same location (one or more), which solves the problem of intersection of locations in different lines;

D. The inspection plan is formulated by month or optional time period, and set to a specific time period. For example: 08:30--12:30 is an inspection time period, which means that the plan must be implemented during this time period. Inspect each location once. This time period can be divided into multiple times a day, or once in several days, and can be set flexibly according to the situation;
E. In order to understand the status of patrol personnel, this system adopts the identification method of equipping each personnel with a proximity card. When patrol personnel start patrolling, they first read their personnel cards and then start patrolling;
F. Inspection results query can be arbitrarily combined with multiple conditions;
G. Inspection results can be collected by month or time period;
H. To make the use of system data more secure, system operations adopt three levels of authority, namely administrator, operator, and viewer.
