Q: How much does takeaway Superman cost? Do you charge a courier fee?
A: Our service is completely free. Your delivery fee is paid to the delivery company and Delivery Superman does not benefit from it.
Q: Are the courier company fees fixed?
Answer: Based on the quantity of your dishes and the delivery distance, the express company will be responsible for calculating the express delivery costs. If there are any changes, we will notify you in time.
Q: Do I need to register to enjoy food delivery?
Answer: No registration is required, ordering is completed in three steps. All you need to do is enter your delivery address, browse the website to select your favorite restaurant and cuisine, and place your order. Of course, if you become a member, we will regularly send promotional information to your inbox.
Q: Does Takeaway Superman accept phone orders?
Answer: Due to the need for network distance measurement, telephone ordering service is temporarily not accepted.
Q: Can I order from several restaurants at the same time?
Answer: If you want to order food from several restaurants, you must place separate orders. Orders cannot be combined for the time being. If there are express charges, they will be settled separately.
Q: How can I determine the delivery time?
Answer: Select the delivery time you want on the order confirmation page. In order to ensure timely delivery during the peak dining period of 11:30~13:30, Takeaway Superman recommends that you order your food 1 hour in advance.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
Answer: After the order is placed successfully, the order information cannot be modified. If you want to cancel the order, please go to [Personal Center] - [My Order] to get the restaurant's telephone communication to avoid unnecessary disputes and trouble for you.
Q: How long will it take for my takeout to be delivered?
Answer: Usually it can be delivered within 45~60 minutes. In the event of dining peaks and bad weather, the delivery time will be extended, and customer service will confirm with you again. Restaurants that use third-party express delivery usually take about 90 minutes to order. Takeout Superman has a considerate reservation function. It is recommended to reserve your takeout one to two hours in advance so that the courier can deliver it to you as soon as possible.
