MNClient usage instructions
Q1. How to add a device?
First, ensure that the power supply of the device is normal, the device is started, and the voice broadcasts "Welcome";
1. Click the “+” in the upper right corner of the homepage;
2. Scan the QR code to add directly or manually select the device model to add;
3. Follow the text prompts and voice prompts on the page to rebind and add the device.
Q2. Failed to add device
If adding the device fails, you can choose to rebind the device, gently insert the ejection pin into the Reset hole, reset the camera and try again. During the binding process, please pay attention to the following points:
1. It takes a while for the camera to start, about 20 seconds. Please make sure that the device has started and the blue light starts flashing;
2. Please check whether the WiFi password is correct;
3. Please make sure the WiFi is connected to the Internet;
4. Please make sure the WiFi is not a 5G router;
5. Keep the mobile phone and camera as close to the router as possible. It is recommended to wait for the configuration to be completed before moving the camera to another location;
6. Excessive mobile phone volume may affect sound wave reception. The optimal volume range is 60%-70%.
Q3. Why does the device need to be unbundled?
1. When you need to bind a device under one account to another account, you need to unbind it under the current account and rebind it under another account;
2. When you want to transfer your device to others, you need to unbind the device and let others bind it.
Q4. How to add the device again after unbinding it?
1. Click the “+” in the upper right corner of the homepage;
2. Scan the QR code to add directly or manually select the device model to add;
3. Follow the text prompts and voice prompts on the page to rebind and add the device.
Q5. The device supports up to TF card
The current device supports up to 128G memory cards - it is best to use common memory card brands.
Q6. Can the videos in the memory card be read by PC?
Support playback and viewing of videos on mobile clients.
In addition, we have special software to watch videos in the memory card.
Q7. Camera requirements for WiFi
1. It is recommended to choose WiFi with strong signal;
2. Currently the camera does not support WiFi in the 5GHz band; please allow the device to connect to WiFi in the 2.4GHz band;
3. The camera does not currently support WPA/WPA2 enterprise-level WiFi;
4. It is recommended to connect to a non-bridged WiFi. If your home WiFi is bridged, it may cause your network to be unstable.
Q8. There is noise in the camera
1. If the speaker of the mobile phone is very close to the camera when talking or turning on the sound, echo will be generated. It is recommended to turn off the sound or lower the volume of the mobile phone and increase the distance between the mobile phone and the camera;
2. When installing the camera, do not install it near home appliances, as it will cause interference and noise.
Q9. WiFi gun and WiFi P2 shaking head, the information cannot be read after inserting the memory card.
The WiFi gun camera and WiFi P2 shaking head do not support inserting a memory card when the device is powered on; after insertion, you need to manually power off and on again.

MNClient installation steps
1. Download the latest version of MNClient installation package from Huajun Software Park. After unzipping, double-click the exe program to enter the installation wizard and click Next

2. Click "Browse" to select the installation folder. Generally, it is installed on the C drive of the computer by default. It is recommended to install on the D drive. Click Next.

3. When the installation program is ready, click Install

4.MNClient is being installed, please wait patiently.

5.MNClient installation is complete, click Finish to exit the installation wizard
