Characteristics of simple house rental contract
1. A lease contract is a contract that transfers the right to use the leased property.
In the lease contract, the lessee’s purpose is to obtain the right to use the leased property, and the lessor only transfers the right to use the leased property, but not its ownership; when the lease contract is terminated, the lessee must return the leased property.
