Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 In order to further strengthen the internal management of enterprises, strictly enforce discipline, prevent and punish acts of taking advantage of one's position, power, and water for personal gain, and maintain the normal order of production and operation of enterprises, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the "Regulations on Rewards and Punishments for Enterprise Employees" of the State Council and relevant laws and regulations, and in light of the actual situation of the company.
Article 2 If a company employee violates relevant laws, regulations and company regulations, harms the interests of the country or the company, uses his or her position, power or water for personal gain, or illegally seeks illegitimate interests, he or she shall be given administrative sanctions in accordance with these regulations.
Article 3 There are five types of administrative sanctions: warning, demerit recording, major demerit recording, probation, and expulsion.
