1. Purpose
In order to properly manage employee personnel files more effectively and effectively keep confidentiality; at the same time, in order to maintain the integrity of personnel files, prevent material damage, and facilitate the efficient and orderly use of file information, these management measures are specially formulated.
2. File management content
1. Employee entry files: personal resume, employee entry registration form, applicant registration form, interview records and salary approval matters, written examination questions, copies of ID cards, copies of academic degree certificates, resignation certificates, various contracts and agreements.
2. Employee training files: training notice, training summary report or evaluation results, training approval form, employee outbound training contract, outbound training feedback form (original certificate), employee training statistics form.
