How to use

1. All items in the [Basic Settings] menu are established, including product classification, unit of measurement, product information, suppliers, members and other information. [2]

2. [Purchasing Management] For warehousing operations of purchased items, you can manage historical purchasing and purchasing records. You can click the new button on the toolbar to open a new document. After saving, you can print it. Only after review The inventory quantity will be calculated and the document cannot be changed after approval.

3. [Sales Management] POS cashier, the core function of the software, manages cashier for daily sales. Sales issue management and sales issue documents can be made directly and manually like traditional purchase, sale and inventory.

4. [Template Design], if you are not satisfied with the templates provided by the system, or want to add or delete, you can do it here. Select a template from the left and the effect will be displayed on the right, and then execute the corresponding function on the tool.

[Design] Design the selected template, open a design window, and adjust the position of the labels inside. Please refer to the printing template design tutorial for details.

[Import]Import already designed and archived templates.

[Export] Export the currently selected express template. Only a designed template can be exported. The original template cannot be exported.

[Delete] Delete the currently selected custom template. You can only delete the templates you have designed. You cannot delete the system default template. After deletion, the default template in the system will be called when printing.
