Can the mobile phone number and contact address be changed during the online account opening process?
The mobile phone number cannot be changed during the account opening process. After the customer enters the mobile phone number to obtain the verification code and enters the account opening system, the contact address will be used to send important information in the future, so before opening an account, the customer is asked to fill in the frequently used mobile phone number and contact address.
What information do I need to provide during the account opening process?
1) Mobile phone number: During the account opening process, customers are required to register their mobile phone number and obtain a verification code to log in to the account opening system. Currently, a mobile phone number can only be used for online account opening once and cannot be changed during the account opening process. That is, the mobile phone number is bound to the ID card. By default, This mobile phone number is the customer's common contact information, so when opening an account, customers are asked to fill in their commonly used mobile phone number.
2) ID card and personal photo: The customer is required to provide complete photos of the front and back of the ID card and a recent half-length photo of himself. The ID card photo needs to be the original ID card, complete, clear handwriting, and unobstructed important information. A recent half-length photo of the person cannot use ID photos, landscape photos or photos that have been post-processed; temporary ID cards must be opened at the sales department for account opening.
