The game relies on the NDS touch screen to operate, and you need to switch between different props to complete the specific operation of the surgery. The props in the game include lasers, disinfectants, suction devices, tweezers, hands, magnifying glasses, cutting knives, suture needles, syringes and tapes. These props are arranged on both sides of the touch screen and can be switched by clicking directly.
When you first start the game, the nurse will prompt you what to do next. Just click "Call" in the upper right corner of the touch screen. As the game progresses and the player becomes familiar with the game system, the nurse's prompts will become less and less. At this time, it is up to the player to choose the surgical tools and perform surgery on the patient one by one. It is very important to analyze and reason about which props to use.

Detailed guide to the super knife operation process
Surgical equipment: Electroblast: burn away parasites
Disinfectant: for disinfection; used to heal minor injuries (the one that restores the heartbeat is more effective, but not as ideal as the recovery agent)
Aspirator: sucks away blood
Tweezers: to remove bugs; tweezers are used for artificial equipment
Hands (sweat): manual massage; activate super knife
Magnifying glass: magnify the ward; look for tumors
Scalpel: to remove dead tissue
Suture needle: suture the wound
Injection: Unless there are specific circumstances; generally it is a recovery agent
Tape: used at the end of surgery; to cover sutured wounds
Surgery No.1 Experience in performing the surgery
Patient: Mr. Tanaka Contents: Foreign body removal and wound suturing
Very simple level
Just listen and do what you do
First suture the wound, tweezer out the abnormality, and apply disinfectant
1. Apply disinfectant on the opening line; use a scalpel to make an incision (be sure to be accurate);
2. Tweeze out the abnormality; apply disinfectant on the wound
3. Use a suture needle to sew (use a Z-shaped suture); apply disinfectant; (tape) cover the sutured wound (you would rather not cover it completely than cover the excess)
Surgery No.2 Continued. Experience in performing the surgery
Patient: Hisashi Tanemura Content: Tumor removal
It’s still an entry level, but this time it’s about removing the tumor.
Disinfection and operation; injection of recovery solution;
1. Use a magnifying glass to find the shadow of the tumor
2. Use a scalpel to cut directly (use a straight line)
3. Use a suction device to suck away tissue fluid (draw from bottom to top along the tube)
4. Excise; remove with forceps; place artificial membrane on the excision mark; apply disinfectant; massage with hands
suture the wound; apply disinfectant; cover the sutured wound
(Hereinafter referred to as stitching; smearing; covering)
Surgery No.3 Farewell surgery
Patient: Takuya Sakata Content: Tumor removal
The tumors are still removed, but there are 3 to be removed. Please be reminded not to cut through multiple tumors at once, otherwise the heartbeat will drop very quickly.
Disinfection and surgery

2. Use a magnifying glass to find the shadow of the tumor
3. Use a scalpel to cut directly
4. Use a suction device to suck away tissue fluid

Surgery No.4 Sad Song
Patient: Niwano Masashi Content: Tracheal hemostasis treatment
From now on, there won’t be many reminders, and the nurse has also changed.
Disinfection and surgery
1. Use a magnifying glass to enlarge the bleeding area (don’t draw a circle, it’s easy to draw a C)
2. Use a suction device to draw away the blood
3. Use an electro-shooter to burn away the red spots (be careful not to shoot wrong, it will bleed)
4. After burning, there will be small holes, so apply disinfectant (if there is bleeding, use method 2)
If you find bleeding in other places, use methods 1-4 until there is no more bleeding.
